Job seekers often face annoying questions during interviews, such as "Why should we hire you?" or "Do you have young children?" These questions cause confusion and stress.

According to Oxu.Az citing "Xəzər" TV, candidates find questions like "Why us?" and "Where do you see yourself in five years?" particularly disturbing.

Candidates believe employers should focus on potential and give a trial period.

HR expert Royal Ahmadov says: "Some strange questions create a negative impression. Questions about marriage, children, rent, and future plans must be framed properly."

In developed countries, questions about beliefs, gender, age, and marital status are prohibited. Royal Ahmadov emphasizes: "An interview is a company's self-presentation. Aggressive questions stress candidates."
