A Baku resident claims her brother's apartment was demolished in July 2024, but they have not received compensation.
Tahira Farajova told Baku TV that the apartment at 2 Kamandar Ahmadov Street in Khatai district was demolished.
She says the apartment was originally given to them by the Executive Power due to a large family. A displaced family from Fuzuli was temporarily housed there, but the documents remain in their name.
Khatai District Executive Power stated that demolitions were carried out legally and compensations were paid. Compensation for apartment No. 49 was given to the actual residents.
