Despite paying the construction company years of savings for an apartment, the citizen has neither become a homeowner nor gotten the money back.
According to Baku TV, the issue concerns a building owned by "Inshaat Konstruksiyalari" LLC at 33 Abbas Mirza Sharifzade Street, Yasamal district.
The citizen claims the apartment was later sold to several people.
"I bought a 55-square-meter unfinished apartment for 705 manat per square meter. The contract shows 40,000 manat. Additionally, I transferred 20,000 manat to Rasul Aliyev's card. Now I can't reach him," said complainant Gunay Yunisova.
Having lived in rental housing for years, the citizen says she is desperate: "I have a two-year-old son, and we live in a rented place. I don't want my apartment; just give me back my 60,000 manat. This apartment was sold to 4-5 people."
