Footage of an assault on a young woman and man at Baku's Seaside Boulevard has been released.
The clips on social media show an unknown person approaching a young woman recording a video and attempting unethical acts, sparking tension.
The incident drew attention from bystanders. The young woman later said she was attacked.
Shamkhal Najafov, 47, was detained; three cutting and piercing weapons were found on him. Legal measures are underway.
