Azerbaijan is showcasing significant experience in the restoration and reconstruction of Karabakh and Zangazur regions.
According to Oxu.Az, these remarks were made by Gulshan Rzayeva, deputy head of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, at a conference within the World Urban Forum (WUF13) titled "Climate Action Contributing to Peace through Urban Solutions in Fragile and Conflict-Affected Environments."
She noted that reconstruction is being carried out extensively and systematically: "Azerbaijan is preparing a model for post-crisis and post-conflict countries. This reconstruction process includes not only the restoration of buildings, but also the rebuilding of cities, communities, and people's lives, ultimately enhancing the overall strength of the region."
