As of April 1, 2026, the population reached 10 million 268 thousand 165. This figure indicates a positive trend in the country's demographic indicators.
According to statistics, 54.3% of the population are urban residents, while 45.7% are rural. Gender distribution shows 49.8% male and 50.2% female.
