Opportunities for post-conflict recovery and development cooperation between Azerbaijan and Syria were discussed.
Anar Guliyev, chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, met with Syrian Minister of Public Works and Housing Mustafa Abdul Razzaq and Damascus Governor Mahir Marwan during the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
The meeting covered housing policy, urban planning, and post-conflict recovery. Guliyev shared Azerbaijan's experience under the Great Return program.
