Recently, allegations have spread in the media about drivers being fined due to technical errors in the AzParking mobile app.
AzParking has issued an official statement regarding the claims. It was noted that when a user starts a session and makes a payment via the app, the transaction leaves a digital trace in both systems. Asynchronous data exchange in the system is technically impossible.
An investigation revealed that no successful parking session request was received by the central server during the claimed time interval. Furthermore, the alleged payment is not reflected in either the bank's transaction history or AzParking's system.
For a transaction to be completed, the bank must confirm the debit of funds. If there is no debit in the bank statement, it is not a technical failure but an incomplete transaction due to local issues on the user's device or internet connection. In such cases, no funds are deducted from the user's balance.
For any questions, you can contact AYNA's call center at 141. Each successful payment proven by a bank statement is immediately investigated and resolved transparently in favor of the user.
