Rovshan Mammadov, chairman of Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting (AzTV), stated on REAL TV that the channel airs 7-10 problem-oriented materials daily.
He noted that these materials are prepared in compliance with ethical norms of journalism and the opposing party's position is always studied.
Mammadov emphasized that the goal is to highlight people's problems and be close to them.
He also said that in previous years such materials were rare, but now correspondents make live connections from event sites, presenting both dissatisfied citizens' and the opposing side's positions.
