The National Hydrometeorology Service reports intermittent rain and lightning in some parts of the country. In some places, precipitation was heavy.

In Baku and Absheron Peninsula, 116 mm of rain fell in 24 hours, which is 589% of the monthly norm.

Precipitation amounts in regions: Zagatala 38, Saribash (Gakh) 36, Gabala 26, Neftchala 25, Kishchay (Sheki) 24, Gobustan 22, Shabran and Khizi 15, Oghuz 14, Khaltan and Gusar 12, Dashkasan 11, Guba 9, Shahdag 8, Griz and Shamakhi 7, Shahbuz 5, Bilasuvar, Lerik, Khinalig and Gadabay 4, Ismayilli, Khachmaz and Tartar 2, other areas 1 mm.
