Additional measures are being taken in Baku to improve conditions for those visiting medical facilities.
According to the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA), parking spaces at 7 addresses have been partially revoked.
Instead, road signs "5.14" (taxi stop) and "3.28" (no stopping) have been installed, creating designated pickup and drop-off points.
The affected locations:
- Mazahir Rustamov Street, City Polyclinic No. 7
- Lermontov Street, City Polyclinic No. 22
- Abay Kunanbayev and Suleyman Sani Akhundov intersection, City Polyclinic No. 25
- Mammadali Sharifli Street, Anti-Tuberculosis Dispensary No. 4
- Ahmad Javad Street, Republican Clinical Urology Hospital
- Ajami Nakhchivani Street, Medera Hospital
- Natik Ahmadov Street, Melham International Hospital
To date, pickup/drop-off points have been created in front of 20 medical and social service institutions in the capital.
