In Baku, some road signs have reportedly been installed incorrectly.

Oxu.Az reports that videos of the issue have circulated on social media.

It has been noted that a directional sign on a road parallel to Ziya Bunyadov Avenue indicates that two lanes must turn right, while one lane can go straight.

However, due to the road's width, some drivers ignore the sign and commit violations.

In a statement to Oxu.Az, Tural Orucov, press secretary of the Azerbaijan Land Transport Agency (AYNA), said that traffic at the intersection is organized according to the intensity of flows in each direction.

"Another monitoring will be conducted in the area. If necessary, lane directions may be changed," emphasized T. Orucov.
