Baku to spend 8.9 million manat on building renovation

The State Cadastre and Register of Real Estate has announced a tender for repair and reconstruction of an administrative building in Baku.

According to Oxu.Az, the estimated cost is 8 million 938 thousand 796 manat.

The project includes strengthening, excavation, backfilling, foundation and basement wall reinforcement, and other repair works.

Technical specifications include 3,200 cubic meters of excavation, 3,400 cubic meters of soil compaction, and removal of plaster over 915 square meters.
