Traffic congestion is observed on several roads in Baku. The Intelligent Transportation Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reports that congestion has been recorded in 11 directions.
Key affected routes include Baku-Sumgait highway, Tbilisi Avenue, and Heydar Aliyev Avenue. Drivers are advised to use alternative routes.
