Traffic congestion is observed on several roads in Baku.
According to the Intelligent Transport Management Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the following streets currently have heavy traffic:
1. Baku-Sumgayit highway, towards "20 January" metro station;
2. Tbilisi Avenue, from "20 January" metro station towards the center;
3. Ziya Bunyadov Avenue, from the intersection with Muzaffar Narimanov Street towards "20 January" metro station;
4. Yusif Safarov Street, towards the center;
5. Uzeyir Hajibeyli Street, up to the intersection with Azadliq Avenue;
6. Rashid Behbudov Street, towards the Central Bank;
7. Heydar Aliyev Avenue, auxiliary road, towards the center;
8. Airport Highway, towards "Koroglu" metro station;
9. 8 November Avenue, from the intersection with Suleyman Ahmadov Street towards the center.
