From June 15, the beach season is officially declared open in Azerbaijan. All official beaches are made available to citizens and tourists.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations has launched rescue stations at beach areas. Only authorized beaches with lifeguards should be used to prevent accidents.
Sea water samples have been submitted for analysis. Monitoring of beaches has begun.
Visitors are urged to maintain cleanliness, follow social distancing, and avoid swimming during unstable weather.
The season will last until mid-September.
