According to a complaint to Oxu.Az, at the intersection of Bakhtiyar Vahabzade Street and Huseyn Javid Avenue, low-hanging branches on the right lane force drivers to suddenly switch to the left lane, creating dangerous situations.
The Baku City Greening Department stated that severe pruning could harm the tree's biological development, and cutting it down requires approval from relevant authorities.
