Residents of building 7 on Khurshidbanu Natavan Street in Bilajari settlement have complained about the basement being filled with sewage for years.
According to a complaint to Baku TV's hotline, the foul smell makes daily life unbearable, and dampness extends to the second floor.
The residents have repeatedly contacted Azersu, the executive authority, and the municipality, but no action has been taken. One resident said: "Everyone shifts responsibility onto each other."
