Bahar Muradova, Chairperson of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs, said that the birth rate in Azerbaijan is not at a critical level.
Speaking at a conference dedicated to International Children's Day, she noted: "The decline in births is not related to state institutions, but to demography, national identity, and future human capital formation."
Muradova emphasized that compared to developed countries, the situation in Azerbaijan is not critical. She stressed the importance of maintaining balance based on family values.
