The bodies of several identified missing martyrs will be handed over to their families in the coming days.
This was announced by Deputy Chief of the State Security Service, Lieutenant General Sharaft Hasanov, at an international conference.
He emphasized that Armenia's 30-year occupation, including mining and destroying infrastructure, as well as withholding burial site information, hinders the identification of missing persons.
Hasanov noted that high-ranking Armenian military officials, who have information about the burial sites, have not yet provided it to Azerbaijan.
He called this a threat to international humanitarian law.
