The body of a 22-year-old man who drowned in a river in Tovuz district has been found.
According to Oxu.Az, the body of Ilham Shirinov, born in 2004, was discovered this morning not far from where he drowned.
Search and rescue operations were carried out by the Shamkir diving and search group of the State Service for Supervision of Small Vessels and Water Rescue of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
After being recovered from the water, the body was handed over to the Tovuz district department of the Forensic Medical Examination and Pathological Anatomy Union for examination.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
