A resident of Khirdalan city claims that a construction company cheated him out of 22 square meters of apartment space.
Contacting Baku TV's hotline, the man said he bought an apartment of 118.6 sqm from “SAS EkoPark” company, only to discover later that the actual area was 96.1 sqm.
Although he won the court case, the resident alleges ongoing pressure from the company, including illegal entry to his home and disruptions to electricity and water supply.
“They threaten me with baseless claims of damaging the building. This problem exists throughout the entire building,” he added.
A company representative, however, claimed that the building's columns were damaged and that equipment installation caused damage to the lower floor.
