Cavid Nazim oglu Pashayev has been appointed Director of Sabunchu Medical Center. TABIB released a statement.
Pashayev graduated from Azerbaijan Medical University in 2007. He completed an internship in anesthesiology and resuscitation at the Clinical Medical Center in 2007-2008. From 2022 to 2025, he studied at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
He has worked as an anesthesiologist, department head, deputy chief physician, and director at various medical institutions. Most recently, he served as Chief Physician of Elit-Central Hospital.
Pashayev was awarded an honorary certificate for service during the Patriotic War and the "Healthcare Excellence" badge for service during the COVID-19 pandemic. He is the author of 20 scientific articles.
It is worth noting that his brother, Elvin Pashayev, is the head of the Gakh District Executive Authority.
