A businessman engaged in scooter rental and sales near Baku Boulevard has been detained.
Aleker Allahverdiyev, born in 1965, was charged under Article 535.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses. He had his employees line up scooters on Bulbul Avenue, obstructing pedestrian traffic.
Police officers confronted him, but he ignored their demands and refused to go to the station.
In court, he expressed remorse and was fined 150 manats.
