Cambodia's Deputy Prime Minister Say Samal expressed gratitude to the Azerbaijani government and the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) for organizing the World Urban Forum (WUF13).

According to Oxu.Az, he made these remarks at the Leaders' Summit held within WUF13.

Say Samal stated: "Although our country's share of greenhouse gas emissions is small, we continue our fight against climate change.
