The Hasanov family, originally from Aghdam and currently residing in Goygol, contacted Baku TV's hotline.
They complain that their 4-year-old child's disability benefit is stopped every year. The child suffers from congenital epilepsy.
Family head Nijat Hasanov also has health issues and is a Group 3 disabled person. They face financial difficulties.
Mother Jamila Hasanova said: 'The child undergoes treatment under anesthesia annually, and his condition worsens. We want the disability degree to be correctly determined and not stopped each year.'
TABIB stated that the expert indicators did not meet the disability criteria, so official documentation could not be completed.
