A cyclist was seriously injured after being hit by a car in Baku. The moment was captured on camera.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs' Intelligent Traffic Management Center has issued an appeal to cyclists and scooter riders. The appeal notes that during spring and summer, the use of such vehicles increases, but failure to follow rules leads to accidents.
Riders are advised not to ride in the opposite direction, to stop at red lights, and to dismount at pedestrian crossings. If a bike lane exists, riding on the road is prohibited.
