Anita Lal, a representative of the Dalit community, spoke at an event organized by the Baku Initiative Group.
She highlighted ongoing oppression against Sikhs, Dalits, and Muslims since the 1984 Amritsar incidents.
“We must work together to give hope of freedom and justice to hundreds of millions deprived of basic rights,” she said.
