One of Baku's central streets, Subhi Salayev Street, is in poor condition, causing residents' dissatisfaction.

According to information received by Oxu.Az, this street in the Nasimi district connects Samad Vurgun Street with Zivarbay Ahmadbayov Street and Officers' Park, but has not been repaired for a long time.

"There are dozens of potholes in a 300-500 meter section of the road. This makes it difficult for cars to move and damages vehicles," the complaint said.

In response to Oxu.Az's inquiry, the Azerbaijan State Road Agency and Baku City Executive Authority stated that changing the asphalt covering of these streets is not within their jurisdiction. No responsible person could be reached at the Nasimi District Executive Authority.
