The dangerous condition of the Altiagac-Khizi road has raised concerns among drivers.

Oxu.Az has released a video showing most of the road is out of order.

"The road is completely destroyed. The asphalt layer is gone. Driving on that road is risky, especially at night," the complaint stated.

Anar Najafly, head of the Public Relations Department of the State Agency of Azerbaijan Automobile Roads (AAYDA), confirmed the fact: "Design work is underway on the mentioned road."

He noted that heavy rains in March-April caused floods and mudflows, damaging road infrastructure. By Presidential decree, restoration work is planned on 25 roads, including the Khizi-Altiagac road. Design work continues, and urgent measures have already begun.
