Strong winds caused the facade stones of a four-story building at 55 Garabagh Street in Narimanov district to fall onto three parked cars.

The vehicles sustained serious damage. Residents fear a greater disaster: "The facade is crumbling, water is leaking inside. If the cars weren't there, children could have been hurt."
