A resident of Masazir village, Azizaga Ibrahimov, contacted Baku TV claiming that the distance between buildings is not being maintained during nearby construction.
“The neighbor sold his house and left. Then we found out construction started. We complained to the relevant authority, they said ‘it will be reviewed’,” he said.
The Absheron District Executive Authority stated that no construction norms have been violated: “The construction is carried out in accordance with the law, and the distance between buildings is maintained.”
It was also noted that the land plot is registered in the State Register of Constructions.
