Iron protruding from the asphalt on Baku Circular Road is causing serious damage to vehicles.
Driver Amrah Mirzayev reported that this is the second such incident he has encountered.
He emphasized that the financial loss, affecting his daily income, puts him in a difficult situation.
The State Agency for Azerbaijan Automobile Roads did not respond to the inquiry.
