Residents of Baku's Khatai district have been terrorized by their neighbors for years. A mother and daughter living on the 11th floor of 66 Muhammad Hadi Street suffer from psychological issues, reportedly throwing objects from windows and lighting fires inside their apartment.
A resident stated the problem has persisted for over two years, especially at night. An emergency ministry intervention prevented a possible explosion.
Police were called, and the women were removed from the apartment. The Ministry of Internal Affairs is arranging their placement in a medical facility.
