Land prices in Baku are rising again. With summer approaching and interest in building private homes increasing, the market is heating up.

The cheapest plot costs 5,000 manats, while the most expensive reaches 500,000 manats. This refers to the price per sotka (100 sqm) for land with title deeds.

Real estate expert Elnur Farzaliyev says favorable weather for construction also affects prices. Demand traditionally rises in spring and summer, leading to price hikes.
