Department Head Leaves Agency for High SOCAR Position

The head of a department at the State Medical-Social Expertise and Rehabilitation Agency has resigned.

Yalchin Niftiyev, who led the Department for Organization of Medical-Social Expertise Services since 2024, left his post.

Meanwhile, a new appointment was made in the Agency's Legal Department. Asad Aliyev was appointed head of the Department for Judicial Disputes and Monitoring of Execution of Decisions.

Yalchin Niftiyev has been appointed Deputy Vice President of SOCAR, the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan.
