Heavy rains have caused serious damage in Digah village, Absheron district.
Video footage shared on social media shows many house yards submerged after a lake overflowed.
"The situation is deplorable, but no measures are being taken," complain residents.
In response, the Absheron Executive Power stated that officials from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the State Water Resources Agency, and the local municipality are on site.
Reinforcement of the dam is underway, and several families have been provided with temporary rental homes.
