The State Examination Center (SEC) announces registration for the foreign language admission exam for doctoral and postgraduate programs for the 2026/2027 academic year. Registration will take place from June 11 to 14, 2026.

Candidates must create a "Personal Cabinet" on the SEC website to register. The exam fee is 110 AZN.

Those with international language certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, etc.) are exempt from the exam. For details, visit the SEC official website.
