Doctoral document submission starts

Starting May 19 at 11:00 AM, the document submission process for the doctoral level of higher education will begin.

According to the Ministry of Science and Education, the submission will be conducted electronically via portal.edu.az.

Applications will be accepted until June 9 at 6:00 PM. Candidates can apply through their personal cabinet.

Those who receive positive feedback will be eligible to take a foreign language exam.
