An incident occurred between drivers of a Mercedes-Benz and a KIA in Masazir settlement, Absheron district.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs conducted an investigation and identified and detained the driver of the Mercedes with license plate 77-UE-011, Sh. Hamzayev.

The vehicle was impounded, and legal measures are being taken against the driver.
