A resident of Kurdamir, Samid Samadov, was stopped by the Environmental Control Unit on the Outer Circular Road in Baku for violating traffic rules while driving a Mercedes.
According to the Main State Traffic Police Department, Samadov tried to avoid presenting his documents, and it was revealed that he did not have a driver's license.
During a medical examination, Samadov tested positive for drug use. He was issued a protocol, sent to court, and administratively arrested for 17 days.
The Traffic Police Department warned that strict measures will be taken against those who drive under the influence of drugs, endangering lives.
