International dual diploma programs will be implemented in vocational education institutions undergoing construction or major renovations.

According to Oxu.Az, this initiative is included in the "Action Plan for Strengthening the Potential of the Vocational Education System in the Republic of Azerbaijan."

The main implementing body is the Ministry of Science and Education. The project is scheduled for 2029-2030.
