A system for effective management of pastures and grazing lands will be established under a State Program approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
According to Oxu.Az, this is part of the State Program for 2026-2030 on the development of production and processing of agricultural, fishery, and aquaculture products.
The program also includes measures to restore the fertility of pastures.
Additionally, an interactive monitoring mechanism will be introduced to preserve soil fertility.
A land consolidation mechanism will be created and implemented as a pilot project.
Plans include mapping of arable lands based on agrochemical indicators and modernization of the soil analysis system.
