Eldar Guliyev, chairman of the Azerbaijan Council of Elders (ACE), has signed an order for new deputy appointments.
Academician Ahliman Amiraslanov was appointed first deputy, while Abel Maharramov, Eldar Ibrahimov, and others were appointed deputy chairmen.
The appointments were made in accordance with the Council's charter, following its 9th congress.
