Famous composer and People's Artist Eldar Mansurov met with students at a gymnasium in Mardakan. He shared childhood memories: "We played football in the street; today's children have no place."
Mansurov spoke about his love for music: "My father took me to the Opera Theatre, where I listened to mugham." He emphasized his preference for classical music.
The composer said: "They told me to write a song first, then they'd look at my serious music. I was offended." However, he later started writing songs and achieved success.
He now writes symphonic music and performs abroad. Mansurov advised young people to listen to classical music.
