The Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) held a fire drill in a multi-story residential complex in Khachmaz.
The drill tested the unobstructed movement of fire trucks. It was reported that irregular parking of vehicles limited the movement of equipment.
Deficiencies identified: lack of fire safety equipment and absence of fire alarm system. Responsible persons were given instructions, and awareness talks were held with residents.
