Trade kiosks once operating in the underpass at the "20 Yanvar" circle (near the metro station entrance) have been closed for a long time. The reason is unknown.
Oxu.Az reports citing Khazar TV that there is no information about why the facilities are not operating or their future fate.
Residents who regularly use the underpass say the unused kiosks create an unpleasant aesthetic and show inefficient use of the passage's potential.
According to them, the uncertainty about the fate of the kiosks, closed for 2 years, should be resolved.
