Candidates who score at least 70 percent in the exam stage for vacant positions in institutions under the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population will be allowed to proceed to the interview stage.
Fidan Seyidshahgizi, press secretary of the National Observatory on Labor Market and Social Protection Issues, made this statement to journalists.
She noted that the exam lasted 100 minutes. Candidates who correctly answer at least 70% of the questions are considered successful and move to the second stage – an interview.
During the interview, candidates' knowledge, professional skills, and suitability for the position are assessed.
Some candidates are exempt from the exam stage. These include individuals with a Doctor of Science degree, civil servants with at least 5 years of experience, certified professional accountants and medical professionals, finalists of higher competition, and volunteers who completed the "Genc Dost" volunteer program with an A certificate.
However, to benefit from this privilege, they must upload documents confirming their eligibility during the document submission period.
