A fatal car accident occurred in the Barda region.

The incident took place near the Mehdikhanli village.

A VAZ-2107 car veered off the road and fell into a ditch.

The driver, N. Hasanov, was seriously injured, while the passenger, P. Hasanova, died.

An investigation is underway.
