Heavy rainfall over the past two days has severely damaged the road leading to Laza village in Gabala.
Due to a powerful flood from the Damiraparan River, part of the road has become completely unusable. The main road to the village is currently closed for safety reasons.
The Gabala Water Melioration Systems Operation Department reported that employees have inspected the area. Necessary measures are being taken to solve the problem soon.
The Emergency Commission under the District Executive Power stated that an alternative road has been provided for residents and vehicles. Channel regulation work is underway, and heavy machinery has been deployed to restore the collapsed road.
